The Fair Development Transition Loan Fund was created to provide very small and small-medium enterprises operating in the Western Macedonia region and in the municipalities of Megalopolis, Tripoli, Gortynia, and Oichalia in the Peloponnese region with investment purpose loans and working capital on particularly favorable terms.

The "Just Development Transition" Program 2021-2027 (PDAM) with a total budget of €1.63 billion is co-financed by the Just Transition Fund and implemented within the framework of cohesion policy. It addresses the distinct specific objective of a just transition by providing support to regions and people affected by the social, employment, economic, and environmental impacts of the transition towards the EU's 2030 energy and climate targets and a climate-neutral economy by 2050.
