Research - Innovate

The "Research - Innovate" action 2021-2027 is a "strategically significant" initiative of the "Competitiveness" program of the NSRF 2021-2027, aimed at linking research and innovation with entrepreneurship and enhancing the competitiveness, productivity, and extroversion of businesses towards international markets.

Objective: The transition to qualitative and innovative entrepreneurship and the increase of domestic added value.

Budget: 300,000,000 euros. To implement their plans, potential beneficiaries can design their research project utilizing a wide range of eligible expenses from traditional research and development activities: industrial research, experimental development.

The beneficiaries of the action are:

a) Businesses and "Other entities treated as businesses"
b) Research organizations and "Other entities treated as research organizations".

The role requires the ability to work under relative pressure, maintain priorities and strict deadlines, take on responsibilities and initiatives, and work both individually and as part of a team.


The Role

  • Accounting management of B and C category books
  • Payroll
  • Tax consulting
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Business plan development
  • Management of investment programs


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  3. Proficiency in managing Information Systems


Desired Qualifications:

  • Work experience in a computerized accounting department
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in managing SME support programs (NSRF, Development Law, etc.)
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Consistency and a high sense of responsibility
