Step 1. Discussion

  • First, we’ll meet with you to understand the business requirements, technical motivations, and financial budgets
  • Our team will then perform a comprehensive Technical Audit to inventory your entire technology stack, covering all components and external systems or backing services in-scope for migration

Step 2. Ideas & Concepts
Now that the Discovery phase is complete, it’s time to get everything in writing.
  • One of our project managers will create a plan that’s broken up into 2-week sprints to carry out the SoW
  • Clients are added to Slack for real-time collaboration with the Bluelight Consulting team

Step 3. Check and try out the Options
We will gather feedback from you about the previous and upcoming sprints. If any changes are requested, the project manager will work with the development team to ensure those changes are applied in a timely manner.
  • If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the team will re-evaluate, adjust, and pivot as needed
  • In the spirit of transparency, time is tracked in Toggl so you’ll see exactly what’s being worked on and how much time it takes to complete tasks. You’ll also receive daily emails outlining all the hours worked

Step 4. Start Implementing the Project for Development
The final part of our journey together gives you a chance to dive further into franchises that we end up picking as your finalists. We will then determine which one is your best choice by interacting with a multitude of industry experts.

You will have the ability to examine documents like the Franchise Disclosure Document that overviews each individual franchise separately and to understand the options you have to finance your business in an efficient manner.

The role requires the ability to work under relative pressure, maintain priorities and strict deadlines, take on responsibilities and initiatives, and work both individually and as part of a team.

  • Accounting management of B and C category books
  • Payroll

  • Financial statement analysis
  • Business plan development
  • Management of investment programs


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  3. Proficiency in managing Information Systems


Desired Qualifications:

  • Work experience in a computerized accounting department
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in managing SME support programs (NSRF, Development Law, etc.)
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Consistency and a high sense of responsibility
